📜 General Terms
- Automatic Agreement: By placing an order with Abdullah Zone, you automatically accept all the terms of service listed below, whether you have read them or not.
- Terms Modification: We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice. You are expected to check these terms before placing any new order.
- Duplicate Orders: Do not place duplicate orders on the same link while an order is already in progress. If you do, it will be at your own loss—no refunds will be issued for duplicate orders.
- Username Change: Refills will become permanently void if you change your username or handle after placing an order.
- Order Sequence: Always request a refill before placing a new order on the same link. We do not refill old drops after a new order has been created.
- Count Calculation: New orders and refills always complete according to the Start Count and End Count. Your own organic followers, views, likes, or other engagement gained during the process will be counted toward completion.
- Link Changes: If you modify, delete, or change the URL of an active order, no refill or refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- Public Account Required: Please ensure your profile, post, or channel is Public before ordering. No support or refund will be provided for private accounts or broken links.
- Start Count Requirement: For refill, cancellation, or speed-up requests, your order's start count must be properly initiated; otherwise, the system command will not trigger.
- Non-Guaranteed Services: Do not use "No Refill" services if you require a guarantee. We offer zero support, zero refills, and zero compensation for "No Refill" services.
- Guaranteed Services: For guaranteed services, we take responsibility and will resolve eligible drop issues according to the applicable service conditions.
- Delivery Estimation: Abdullah Zone does not guarantee exact delivery times. Delivery speeds mentioned are estimations only. Orders currently processing will not be refunded simply because they are taking time.
- Rate Adjustments: Abdullah Zone rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Refund policies remain effective regardless of price fluctuations.
- Disclaimers & Liabilities: Abdullah Zone is not responsible for any damage you or your business may suffer. We are in no way liable for account suspensions, shadowbans, or post/video removals by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other social network.
🔄 Refill System & Rules
Drop Threshold
Refills will not be provided for drops under 2%. The drop must be at least 2% or higher to be eligible for refill.
Example
If you order 1,000 subscribers and only 5 drop, no refill is provided. If 20+ drop, the refill system will activate, subject to the applicable service conditions.
Refill Calculation
If your count drops below 1,000, refill may be possible. If your count is 1,000 or above, the refill button will not work.

🎧 Support & Ticket Etiquette
- If you encounter an order issue, please submit a single ticket with your Order ID.
- Do not spam messages or open multiple tickets for the same issue.
- Remember: No support is available for "No Refill" services.
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Any inappropriate language, abuse, or threats directed toward our support team may lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
💰 Refund Policy
- Order Issues: If an issue is verified and remains unresolved within 24 hours, the funds will be automatically credited back to your Abdullah Zone panel balance.
Resolution Options
- Use your refunded balance to place an alternative service.
- Request a full wallet refund via live support (processed within 1–24 hours, zero deduction).
Payment Deposit Inquiries
If funds are not added automatically, please contact Live Chat / Ticket Support (available daily). We will verify and credit your balance promptly.
